Weekend Warrior - RN or LPN (part time, AM Shift)

Location: Rockford, IL

Do you have an excellent attendance record and prefer to work weekends? If so, we have the perfect opportunity to utilize and reward those in-demand characteristics. We are actively hiring for our Weekend Warrior team – Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). After a short training period (10 shifts), you will earn $18/hr. on top of your base wage for perfect attendance. Each two-week pay period is a fresh opportunity to earn this bonus!

Pay Information - Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Position Pay Scale: $31.75 - 35.50 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: $18 per hour (with perfect attendance during that pay period). Bonus only applicable to days outlined in Weekend Warrior agreement

Pay Information - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Position Pay Scale: $26.65 - 29.25 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: $18 per hour (with perfect attendance during that pay period). Bonus only applicable to days outlined in Weekend Warrior agreement

Weekend Warrior Schedule (this position) RN or LPN:

  • Status: Part time
  • Days: Must work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Hours: 6:30AM - 3:00PM

General Job Duties:

Our RNs and LPNs check vitals, administer meds, assist with patient care, and monitor the overall well-being of each resident. Enriching the lives of others while they themselves are being enriched.

Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current license in the state of Illinois
  • Current CPR registration
  • Knowledge of the geriatric population in life community settings
  • Working knowledge of policy and procedure book
  • Recent clinical experience
  • Experience with EHR or willingness/ability to learn
